[9]And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb’s wife.

Galatians 4:26 KJV

[26]But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all.

Yesterday, I found these false prophets at our gate and decided to engage them with the mind of deeply understanding what they teach the people in the streets.

At the beginning of the conversation, they asked me if I was a pastor. I said “no” should they repent. To my surprise they opened the small booklet containing the scriptures shared above and told me that they are preaching the gospel of ” god the mother” who gives eternal life. I asked them if they had any problem with John 3:16 which openly reveals who giveth eternal life. Their response was strange. They claimed that in the old testament, people were saved by Jehovah and in these last days salvation is by the spirit and the bride who is god the mother.

I was anxious and wanted to know who god the mother is. They explained that she is the wife of God and the mother of us all and giveth eternal life. I reiterated that salvation has always been through Jesus Christ and that besides that name, there is no salvation. Their response was; “the Israelites did not know Jesus but only Jehovah and therefore Jesus was not responsible for their salvation”. I clearly showed them how Jesus is the lamb slain from the foundation of the world, how in Genesis people began calling upon the name of the LORD (Jehovah) and how the Rock Jesus followed the Israelites in the wilderness; challenging them to see how any attempt to take Jesus out of the equation was suicidal.

One of them asked me if I believed in the Trinity and of course my answer was “YES”. Then he began to explain saying to me how in the past days Jehovah was responsible for the salvation of the people but today it’s the spirit and the bride (meaning the wife of God) that saves. I asked him to tell me who died on the cross. He said, the trinity and specifically the spirit. I showed him that it’s the Son who died on the cross having been sent by the father. The son then ascended to heaven allowing the Spirit to come as a helper who shall not speak of himself. He objected citing the scripture below

Revelation 22:17 KJV

[17]And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

I already knew that I was dealing with dumb brute beasts whose agenda is to attack Christ Jesus, the only way to the father. I was however determined to skin them to their shame.

As the conversation went on, the temperatures were going high and I would see them signalling each other while they spake in their tongue. Their faces were turning red and their eyes becoming even smaller while shaking in fear.

I called their attention to the context of Revelation 21, Galatians 4 and Revelation 22 proving unto them how the heavenly jerusalem city which is in heaven is not a wife of God but a literal city that the children of God will enter in. I further brought in the doctrine of the Jerusalem that is in bondage different from the Jerusalem that is free which is the mother of us all that believe in Christ Jesus by faith alone without works.

On hitting the last nail on their heads by going forth to Ephesians 5 explaining how Christ and the church is pictured in the relationship between Husband and wife and that there is no such thing like god the mother, the dumb false prophets literally run away chanting ” god the mother, god the mother”.

This experience left me very angry seeing how these people are recruiting the simple at heart into falsehood using little money making them twofold more the children of hell.

I am believing in God that he will give us the ability to reach more with the Gospel of truth even though we are small in number and limited in some ways.
